It is very common to have cooling problems on the Mazda Mx5 when it is used on the track. With a aluminium radiator you will get a more efficient cooling as well as save weight compared to the standard radiator. This radiator is 0.6kg lighter than the stock radiator. The aluminium radiator fits "bolt on" as a replacement for the standard radiator. If you have a aftermarket swaybar or a CAI (Cold Air Intake) you might have to modify the fan slightly to avoid interference. Estimated time to change to radiator is aproximatly 30min.
